(tab-bar-tab-name-format-hints)
(tab-bar-tab-name-format-close-button)
(tab-bar-tab-name-format-face): New functions.
(tab-bar-tab-name-format-functions): New defcustom.
(tab-bar-tab-name-format-default): Rewrite to use
'tab-bar-tab-name-format-functions'.
